I am a consultant with a wide range of skills and expertise. My current focus is Agile Transformation Coaching and Technical Project Management. In the last 5/7 years I’ve spent the majority of my time completing various projects in the Banking Industry (CLT / NYC) on both the Technical and Business sides, for some of the major players (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, BNY-Mellon). – Led ongoing eDQM agile transformation as a Subject Matter Expert and team member implementing continuous improvement standards. 

– SME for Atlasssian Jira Implementation (Project Tracking – Converted Microsoft Project Plans into EPIC Milestone Tasks under eDQM Project Tracking instance) 

– Generated training material, developed training plans and delivered training to all levels of stakeholders. 

– Point person for tracking and reporting data sourcing schedules of 50+ applications in scope for consumption to the enterprise data lake, enterprise data environment, and eONE to ensure data quality controls and monitoring are applied to systems of record or systems of origin in compliance with board level milestones. 

– Solicit business data owners’ approval of rule specifications, control catalogs, and data movement evidence.
